I decided to become a therapist to help people heal their emotional wounds, traumas, and create the lives they desire.
My self-healing journey began 10 years ago after a broken engagement. It was a very traumatic experience; finally getting engaged and quickly realized that it would not last. I felt empty, unloved, unappreciated, and hopeless. After a few more failed relationships, I made the decision to seek support. I uncovered my emotional wounds, negative relationship patterns, and feelings of unworthiness. After my self-healing journey, I gained more confidence, improved my relationship mindset, and later married the man of my dreams. This led me to the decision to pursue a career in social work to inspire people to heal and create healthy fulfilling relationships.
I use both scientifically proven methods and holistic healing to help my clients feel better emotionally and also optimize their physical and spiritual wellness. I earned my Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from Fordham University and my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Southern Connecticut State University. Using my advanced training in EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Reiki, and Mindfulness, I treat anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues in a non-judgmental and safe space
